We joined them on Christmas Eve. Was it a bit of a disorganized mess? Yup. Were the manager and staff able to overcome it with exceptional service? Yup. The food turned out just fine. The wine list is very limited. They did the best they could given the holiday. They were pleasant and professional and accommodated where they were able. I give them an "A" for effort and a B- on food. Thank you.
It was purrrr-fect! I saw a fun tiktok on this place and was so happy to go during my birthday! I booked the reservation online through the app, Open Table. The offer complimentary valet but there was plenty of street parking when I arrived. Street parking was free after 6pm :) When we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly hello and friendly energy! The host took us to our table and we all couldn't help but noticed the decor was all cat themed. Some subtle and some obvious. It was fun and cute and trendy! Our waitress was fast and attentive! Very knowledgeable of the menus as well! I got the pesto gnocchi and added chicken. My friends all got fun pasta dishes! My pesto was absolutely amazing! The sauce was hot and fresh! The gnocchi tasted fabulous as well! The chicken was cooked and lightly seasoned. All the flavors blended so well together. The portion sizes were great too! My friends said they all loved their pastas as well! We all got a little dessert. I got the vanilla gelato. It was sweet just delicious! I definitely want to go back and try something new from their menu!
Ate breakfast here will staying the hotel and the food was great. Pancakes had crispy edges which was a plus for me. Also enjoyed an omelette with all the fixings and potatoes. We' received great customer service and our waitress was on top of everything. Just a wonderful experience being here on a holiday weekend. We even would stop in the evenings and have a few drinks at the bar. The bartenders were very nice and attentive to us. Definitely recommend if you're ever in the area. Loved the vibe of this place.
Love this place! It's so cute and in a perfect location. I love the free drink tickets that came with my hotel room. The drinks were strong and the food was delicious! I would recommend a pizza, their pizza oven makes it crispy. I really loved coming here and the inside and outside seating area were spacious and pretty
We went there for lunch on a Sunday and not many people at all. We got seated right away. There's a lot of seating in this restaurant. The decor is very nice. There's also seating out in the back that's more romantic with sofas and fire place. Limited lunch menu so we favored ordering the pizza. We ordered the meatball appetizer and two pizzas. The margarita, pizza and the fig and mushroom pizza. Both were very tasty. For dessert we ordered tiramisu which was also good. Prices were ok.
FOOD Spaghetti Frutti de Mare: Calamari, mussels, and shrimp, garlic, white wine, Pomodoro sauce . Seafood comes in great size and portion and very yummy. Seafood is fresh and quality. The sauce is drizzled over well to where it's not overpowering but I will say a bit more sauce would have been preferable. VIBES The place is pretty new. There is a lot of lighting from the windows. There is a bar seating, booths, tables and chairs. Patio seating is also available. The design is very contemporary and gives like rich family home type of vibes. SERVICE The person serving our table, Nathan, was really nice with explaining everything and being patient while we were ordering. Food was brought out relatively quickly!
I ate here on the short trip to Denver and I ordered the Pappardelle Bolognese and it was amazing! I would love to go back. We had a large party but the service was still good.
Gattara is a pretty space inside a boutique-looking hotel. The dining area is pretty spacious and they also have a wood fired pizza oven. I come here most for happy hour. There's is decent, with drink and food options. The HH food is extra small portions, so it's kinda "happy" hour but might be the actual price of a meatball from a whole meal, maybe, lol. There's a bartender there I really like but service overall has always been very good. This is another spot I learned about from a Yelp event. These events pay off with repeat business!! :) Fun fact, this was the last place I was out at in 2019 for brunch before the world shut down. I'll always remember that and being one of like only 2-3 other tables for like 3 hours, it was crazy!
I can't wait to go back! Bring all your friends here and you won't regret it. The happy hour prices really do feel like happy hour. We came in on a Wednesday at 4:30 and there were plenty of street parking as well as it wasn't busy at all inside. There is a wall inside that has paw prints and lots of cat decor. Got sat right away and started to order. The minute we got to ordering! We started off with the flight of bruschetta. Now when I tell you that it was delicious that doesn't even begin to describe the full explosion of flavor that we got hit with. Then came the muscles (pro tip: Ask for the bread because you will don't the sauce go to waste because it tastes so good) when our entrées arrived I had the lobster ravioli and my friends had the zucchini shrimp risotto. I do wanna say that you do get five large raviolis, which they dump a whole bunch of Lettuce mixture that I didn't care for. We then finished off the evening by getting dessert, which was also yummy. Our waiter was very tentative to all of our needs.
